cucumbers dying

Hello Members

 

My cucumbers are curling up and dying.  The leaves began to be covered by a cobweb effect with brown lines trailing off the edges of the leaves.  The leaves went yellow in spots first and are now browny-red and curling.

 

Any suggestions as to a remedy for next year as it has happened the last two years but is worse now?

Looks spider-mitey. Especially if you see actual webbing on the leaves.
