Seeing seedlings does just fill one with energy. Looking at all of my friend Burdette's seedlings last week made me remember it's also time for those of us who've been there to tell the others in no uncertain terms.: You need LIGHTS to grow vegetables indoors, and those lights need to be right on top of the plants.
