Saw Janet yesterday at English Gardens...talked to her about all my rose bushes. She said cut them back...I said but they are so beautiful, she said cut them back. I said BUT..she said CUT THEM BACK..lol So we came home and cut them all back....lol Is now a good time to move them to another area?

We take care of our lawn, fertilize, put down the crub stuff 2 x a year. Our neighbor has horrible crubs his yard is just about gone. Is there anything we can do other than what we are doing so that we don't get his crubs? We have spoke to him about treating his lawn but because of his nationality they do not believe in taking care of lawn because it is not edible. We have contacted the city every year but nothing is done about it. Thank you...Diane
